State Drone

Hey whats going on? New update needed here so here I am. I had a great Xmas with family and friends. Got some cool new work clothes, money, books, a watch, leather jacket (mooo), candy that I ate and didn’t need to. Went to two Xmas parties, one with my old job and one with my brand new job with the state. My old job party played dirty santa, brought something cool and got the shaft and was stuck with something lame…golden metal tower holder and 2 hand towers (gave it to my mom). We played dirty santa at my new job and I went home with Casino Royale (better than towels!!).

So I’m enjoying the new job. Some great people here. Im up in the tallest building in montgomery on the nineth floor out of 20 something (thats not tall, its like the midget of skyscrapers). My job has me doing web updates similar to my old job just not as much content and they record conferences/classes/news/stuff for live and on demand webcasts and I am responsible for taking this video and encoding it for web, so I’ll be watching lots of Health related videos, yay cough cough. I’ve also redone a few logos with the help of the all mighty vector magic by stanford. As the new year starts work will pick up and I’ll be able to learn more and more. Eventually I’ll get to learn how to use a teleprompt woo hoo.

Past couple weeks have been fun, spending time with the family and my friends. Had sushi 2 nights in a row!! I made a new friend who’s only been in the Dump, I mean gump for 2 months. Her and I went out to Kabuki friday and then went and watched WALK HARD: The Dewey Cox story. Great movie, Great soundtrack, go see and listen!!! Let me hold you midget man! Then saturday I mentioned sushi to my friend Bryan which got him and his wife wanting it (they had very little during his wifes pregnancy). So saturday night we had sushi! Then Sunday drag on and cleaned and clothed warshed then about 8pm a really cool friend of mine, Crystal, came down from birmingham and we got some food, then went bowling, and lastly we went and watched Walk Hard (about 10min into the movie). Still funny the 2nd time. Might have to go see it a third with more people, wanna go? Let me know.

So this morning was foggy as hell in Prattville and Montgomery. I went to my parking deck for work which is on the roof level and 2 blocks away from the RSA Tower. I took a picture on ground level 2 blocks away and this is what I got.
